On the home page, navigate to the main menu and select "Quick Quote" from the menu which will take you to the Quick Quote tool. See the image below for the location of the link on desktop.

At the top of the Quick Quote page, there is a search box for adding a patent to your quote.
Type your South African patent number in the search box and press enter or click on the "Add" button. Your South African patent number should be in the format "yyyy/sssss" where "yyyy" is the year of the application and "sssss" is a 5-digit serial number. The year and serial number should be separated by a forward slash "/" and should not include any spaces or characters which are not numbers (See also: Where do I find my patent number?). If you have any trouble finding your patent number, please send us an email at info@renext-ip.com and we will gladly assist.
Once you have added a patent, it will appear in the quotation. It will show the title of the patent, the applicant, and the next renewal date. You can remove the patent from the quote by clicking on the trash can icon or adjust the number of years to renew the patent by using the arrow buttons as shown below.
You can add as many patents to the quote as you wish, and you will receive discount based on how many patents are in the quote and how many consecutive years each are renewed. As you increase the number of patents or years to renew, the discount will increase. You can keep track of the current discount as shown below.
Once you are satisfied with the quote, click the "Accept and Pay" button which will take you to the payment screen.
If you are not currently logged in, you will be taken to the Login or Register page. Enter your primary email address and password, if you have previously registered, or register by completing the form under Registration Details.
Once logged in, you will be redirected to the payment page. You can select whether to pay by credit card or, if the total amount of the quote after discount is more than $500, pay by EFT or wire transfer.
This step is optional if you wish to report anything when placing the order. If you notice that something does not look right with the details of the order, such as an incorrect applicant or a spelling mistake, you can add this as a note to the order. The agent responsible for the renewal will receive the note and ensure that everything is in order before processing the renewal.
If you wish to amend the quote at this stage, click the "Edit Quote" button to return to the Quick Quote tool to amend the quote.
If you are satisfied with the order, click pay. This will prompt you to enter your credit card details. (See also: What happens after I pay?)
You will be prompted to input your email address, credit card details, and zip code (use your postal code if you are located outside the US). Complete these details and click pay to continue.
If your payment was successful, you will be redirected to the "Checkout Complete" page. Use the links shown below to navigate from this page to your order history.
